Need to return your purchase? The process is easy, and it's FREE!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Glacier Tek product, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Returned products must be in the condition you received them, without signs of obvious wear and tear. The easiest way to return the merchandise is to get a pre-paid shipping label by contacting Glacier Tek. Here’s how:
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Within the e-mail, indicate which items you intend to return. Include either your name and shipping address, or the original order number.
- When we receive your return request, we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label via e-mail within one business day.
- Print the UPS label and apply it to the return package with clear packing tape.
- No printer available? Simply request a "snail mail" shipping label in your e-mail to Glacier Tek. Please allow 7-10 business days for your prepaid label to arrive via this method.
- If you do not have the original packaging, feel free to return your merchandise by packing it in an appropriately-sized box for shipping. Boxes are available for purchase at any UPS store.
- You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. Most Glacier Tek products are shipped in boxes that will not fit in the standard drop box. To find the UPS Service Center nearest you, visit www.ups.com/dropoff.
- It may take 3-5 business days for your return to reach the Glacier Tek warehouse for processing. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
